Design and Materials:
- Pump casing: one-piece Block casing with protective liner plates at both faces.
- Bearings: one side double bearings, oil bath in block-casing, lateral drain plug
- Rotors: entirely NBR - coated, core not product wetted
- Rotor-form: dual lobe rotors, entirely elastomer coated
- Shafts: not wetted by pumped fluid, but oil lubricated Shaft
- Sealing: maintenance free single acting mechanical seals with common oil quench, seal faces SISIC / SISIC; Seals easily replaceable through pump casing.
- Seal monitoring: oil-filled intermediate chamber, integrated in the pump casing, with lateral drain plug, as Quench, for seal monitoring and for lubricating the shaft-rotor-connection, without external fluid reservoir, without pressurization.
- Pump: 2-component-PUR-coat
- Drive: Manufacturers standard
- Maintenance: MIP™, Maintenance in Place, through quick release cover opening, with 4 rings nuts and O-ring-seal, without disassembling the pump and/or pipes.
