Equipment Description
The model of this equipment is XCDRS1408, which is the equipment with a large throughput in the Roller Screening Machine series. Its throughput is between 294-700 tons per hour. It is suitable for the separation of ore and muddy soil in medium-sized mines, and can achieve a good effect of debris separation.
This Roller Screening Machine is equipped with 8 toothed rollers and arranged in a ladder shape. The width of the surface of the toothed rollers is 1400 mm, which increases the throughput of ore and improves the working efficiency of the crushing production line.
In order to achieve a better effect of debris separation, the feed side length of the material of this Roller Screening Machine is recommended to be less than 700 mm, and the gap of the roller shaft is adjusted within the range of 35-120 mm.
The Roller Screening Machine developed and produced by our company adopts the design of single motor driving single shaft rotation to ensure the safe and stable operation of the equipment and avoid the loss caused by single shaft shutdown.
