It should be noted that:

1. The hammer head and castor bar sieve wear quickly, and the maintenance and balancing time is long. When crushing hard materials, the wear is faster.

2. When crushing sticky and wet materials, it is easy to block the sieve gap of the castor strip, which can cause downtime (the moisture content of the material should not exceed 10%).

3. When crushing hard objects, the hammer head and lining plate wear heavily, consuming a lot of metal materials. Frequent replacement of easily worn parts requires a lot of maintenance time. When crushing sticky and wet materials, the castor bars are prone to clogging, leading to a decrease in production capacity.
