This Roller Screening Machine with model XCDRS1012 is equipped with 12 roller shafts. Each roller shaft is driven and rotated by a single motor, and the power of the motor is between 3-5.5 kW. The advantage of this design is that when one roller shaft fails, other rollers will not be affected by it and can continue to operate, which can reduce the risk and loss caused by the sudden stop of the equipment.
The width of the roller surface of this Roller Screening Machine is 1000 mm, and the allowable ore throughput is 300-850 tons per hour. Note that the feed side length of the ore should be less than 500 mm, which is not easy to damage the equipment and can also improve screening efficiency.
The adjustable range of the roller shaft clearance of this Roller Screening Machine is 25-100 mm. The customer communicates with our staff to determine the specific clearance value when placing an order. The factory will adjust the value before leaving the factory, and it cannot be adjusted later.
