QA01 Series High Voltage PTC Coolant Heater
Battery performance drops fast in the cold. The EVLINK QA01 is a high-voltage PTC coolant heater built for the vehicles that feel it most — electric buses, trucks, and construction machinery running 400–800 V platforms.
It delivers 6 to 18 kW of stepless heating into the coolant loop, for battery preconditioning, cabin heating, or both. The PTC element is self-regulating: output follows demand instead of cycling on and off, which keeps loop temperature stable and avoids thermal shock to the pack.
