Passenger Cars:
EVLINK offers air heaters and water heaters. Air heaters are installed in HVAC systems for rapid heating. Water heaters, with power ranges of 3-10kW, support stepless power adjustment, PWM, or temperature regulation, using CAN or LIN communication.
Buses:
Our Electric High Voltage Heaters are used for glass defrosting, battery heating, and cabin heating in new energy buses. Air heaters provide rapid, direct heating with IP67 protection. Water heaters reach up to 35kW, supporting high-voltage platforms.
Trucks and Construction Machinery:
EVLINK’s B series water heaters, designed for heavy-duty trucks, provide 24kW or 32kW power for rapid battery heating. Our heaters are also widely used in construction and municipal vehicles, meeting the demands of harsh working conditions.
Battery Thermal Management Systems (BTMS):
Our liquid cooling solutions for BTMS offer compact structures and high thermal efficiency, achieving 18kW heating capacity in limited spaces. The system supports AC380V or AC220V heaters, suitable for large energy storage systems.
