The castings of valve disc are manufactured by shell moulding process. Thus, the large-scale, elaborate and high quality production is realized. With CNC machining we are able to make the parts tolerance within 0.01mm. Our quality control includes IQC(incoming quality control), PQC(production quality control) and FQC(final quality control). With QC report for every batch of production, all production data is recoreded in our ERP system.
