FLAKE ICE MACHINE DESCRIPTION
Flake ice, it is a kind of irregular flaky ice. Size is different; the biggest flake size is about 30.5mm*30.5 mm, thickness of 1.5 mm - 2.5 mm. Because of its dry, safe to contact by the characteristics of the cooling material ,so it is widely used in hotels, supermarkets, chemical industry, construction and deep-sea fishing, etc.The freezing principle of flake ice machine is simple, put the city water directly (can also be equipped with water filter) into the cold water tank of assembling unit, When the refrigeration system begins to work, the closed loop heat exchange of refrigerant, outside water flow into the tank, the water is pumped into the water distribution pan by the
circulating pump, driven by the reducer, the water in the pan evenly flows down the inner wall of evaporate, the refrigerant in the refrigeration system evaporates through the loop inside the evaporator and absorbs large amount of heat by exchanging heat with the water on the wall, as a result, the water flow over the surface of inner evaporator wall sharply cools to below the freezing point and freezes into ice instantaneously, Part of the water film attached the bottom of evaporator and then into the water for recycling, when the ice on the inner wall reaches a certain thickness, the spiral ice skates is driven to peel ice from the inner wall, thus ice flakes form, fall into the ice storage bin at the bottom of ice flakes and stored for future cycling.
Generally speaking, the flake ice can fall into the storage in 30 seconds; stop making ice in 2 minutes after machine turned off.
