Triangle Self-Cleaning Mining Screen Mesh Overview
The PU Support Strip Triangle Opening Self-Cleaning Screen features an innovative diagonal wire and straight wire design that significantly reduces blindness and blockage compared to conventional square opening mesh. This specialized screen combines structural support with natural vibration for optimal screening performance in challenging applications.
Advanced Design Features
Unlike standard square self-cleaning screens, this triangular variant incorporates additional straight metal wires between wavy wires for enhanced support and improved screening accuracy. The straight wires feature a slightly larger diameter than the wavy wires, while the crimped wire determines the opening size. Both wire types are alternately woven with tie wires on longitudinal support rods, which can be made of woven metal wire or polyurethane (note: polyurethane is not suitable for hot-mixed batch asphalt plants).
