Sintered Stainless Steel Filter Disc For Liquid Filter
Sintered mesh filter disc is single or multiple layers of diffusion-bonded woven wire mesh laminates. Through precision sintering and calendaring, filter disc is equipped with several important properties for better filtration including mechanical strength, stable mesh aperture and low-pressure drop. Sintered filter disc provides economical filtration media for critical applications such as hydraulic systems, valves, pumps, servo mechanisms and other industrial applications.
Our R&D team continuously develops new filtration media models to solve customers' filtration challenges. In addition to standard flat filter discs, pleated filter discs are becoming increasingly popular due to their larger filtration area, making them ideal for high viscosity liquid filtration. Custom filter discs are also available.
