Press-Locked Grating Construction
Press-locked grating, also known as pressure locked grating, offers comparable load capacity to welded steel bar grating while utilizing advanced hydraulic pressure bonding technology for permanent joint connections.
Manufacturing Process
Unlike welded grating that uses resistance welding, press-locked grating bonds two close-tolerance slotted bars together through tremendous hydraulic pressure, creating a permanent lock with excellent lateral stiffness.
