Our galvanized steel is produced using two primary methods: continuous hot dipping and electro-galvanizing. Hot dipping involves passing steel through molten zinc baths, while electro-galvanizing applies zinc through electrolytic deposition. Both methods create a durable zinc layer that bonds tightly to the base metal.

Zinc coating provides dual protection: acting as a physical barrier between steel and corrosive elements, and offering sacrificial protection where zinc corrodes preferentially to protect the underlying steel.
