Our galvanized steel coils feature cold- and hot-rolled steel with zinc coating that provides excellent atmospheric corrosion protection. These coils meet stringent requirements for durability, strength, and appearance, and can be formed or coated for various applications. Production follows EN 10346 (Europe) and ASTM A653/A653M (US) standards.
- Construction: Structural elements, light steel structures, sandwich panels, roofing, cladding, pipes, and reinforcement profiles
- Automotive: External and internal car body parts, public transport repairs
- Manufacturing: Equipment casings, home appliances, metering devices, packaging
- Consumer Goods: Tableware, containers, tanks, baths, and household items
- Coated Products: Base material for color-coated and specialty coated rolled steel
- Type A: Standard surface quality after coating application
- Type B: Improved surface quality through skin pass mill processing
- Type C: Highest quality for decorative painting applications
- Chemically Passivated (C)
- Oiled (O)
- Passivated and Oiled (CO)
- Phosphate Treated (P)
- Organic Insulation Coated (S)
- Standard Spangle (N): Natural hardening with normal gloss
- Minimum Spangle (M): Controlled composition and special hardening
Our galvanized steel coils are manufactured using hot-dip galvanizing (HDG) technology, where steel strip is immersed in molten zinc to create a protective layer. The process includes electrochemical cleaning, annealing for mechanical properties, zinc immersion, and finishing treatments including passivation, oiling, and leveling.
