Flyon Sandwich System is the most durable of the paved-in-place systems. This running track is suitable for all models of school sports track projects with advantages of durability, environmental friendliness, anti-aging, UV-resistance, and wear-resistance. The system features a paved-in-place base mat sealed with two-component polyurethane for an impermeable surface. The surface layer features EPDM rubber granules broadcast into a hand-poured polyurethane layer for a stable system that can withstand consistent, year-round use.

This impermeable running track surface is comprised of graded SBR rubber granules bound together with a mono-component polyurethane binder. The top surface layer is a composition of colored EPDM granules and similarly colored two-component polyurethane or spray special colorful spray-coat material mixed with EPDM rubber.
