This maintenance-free assembly operates quietly with automatic overheating protection and permanent lubrication. When mounted directly to roof structures, it maintains clearance within 50cm of the ceiling. The fast folding action achieves 7.5 meters per minute and is available in solid, mesh, or combination finishes.
