Product Overview

The KD-0.4 Planetary Ball Mill is an essential device for high-tech materials mixing, fine grinding, sample preparation, new product development, and small batch production. This vertical planetary ball mill features compact design, high efficiency, low noise operation, and versatile functionality, making it ideal for R&D institutions, universities, and enterprise laboratories.

Capable of processing four samples simultaneously, this equipment can obtain powder samples under vacuum conditions when equipped with vacuum ball mill jars.

Working Principle

The planetary ball milling machine features four ball grinding jars mounted on a single turntable. When the turntable rotates, the jar axes perform planetary movements, causing the balls inside the tanks to grind and mix samples through high-speed motion.

This system can effectively smash and blend various products of different materials and granularity using both dry and wet methods. The minimum achievable granularity of ground products reaches 0.1 micron (1.0×10-4mm).
