Vertical planetary ball mill is a necessary device for high-tech materials mixing, fine grinding, sample preparation, new product development, and small batch production. The Kingda planetary ball mill features compact volume, high efficiency, low noise, and versatile functionality, making it an ideal equipment for R&D institutions, universities, and enterprise laboratories to obtain samples (each experiment can process four samples simultaneously). It can obtain powder samples under vacuum conditions when equipped with a vacuum ball mill tank.

The planetary ball milling machine features four ball grinding tanks installed on a single turntable. When the turntable rotates, the tank axis performs planetary movements, and the balls within the tanks grind and mix samples through high-speed motion. This equipment can effectively smash and blend various products of different materials and granularities using either dry or wet methods. The minimum granularity of ground products can reach as small as 0.1 micron (1.0×10-4mm).

KINGDA utilizes dust-removing cast iron and a one-piece casting molding process to manufacture the main disk of the planetary ball mill. This advanced manufacturing process significantly extends the equipment's service life compared to the splicing processes used by other manufacturers.
