The all-direction planetary ball mill (omnidirectional planetary ball mill) is developed based on the vertical planetary ball mill with an additional planetary disk tilting function. During operation, both the planetary disk and milling jars perform simultaneous planetary motion and 360° multi-dimensional tumbling within a three-dimensional space, enabling full-direction movement of the grinding jars.
This unique motion mode significantly enhances the random movement of grinding media and materials, achieving dead-angle-free grinding and more efficient energy transfer. It effectively improves ultrafine grinding performance and particle size uniformity, while also solving common problems such as material sedimentation and jar wall sticking during milling.
The machine is widely used for laboratory sample preparation, nano powder grinding, ultrafine material processing, battery materials, ceramics, chemicals, and advanced material research applications, delivering higher efficiency compared with conventional vertical planetary ball mills.
