Nano Zr-95 Yttria Stabilized Zirconia Beads are manufactured using an advanced environmental shaping method that produces compact Tetragonal Zirconia Polycrystal (Y-TZP) with crystal size under 0.5μm. This ultra-fine microstructure gives the beads outstanding anti-corrosion properties and exceptional wear resistance.
With 95% ZrO₂ stabilized by 5% Y₂O₃, these beads achieve 9 Mohs hardness and 6.02 g/cm³ density, making them the ideal grinding media for horizontal bead mills, sand mills, vertical stirring mills, and vibrating mills. The smooth, glossy surface with pearl-like finish ensures minimal contamination and maximum grinding efficiency.
Available in sizes from 0.1mm to 50mm, suitable for ultrafine dispersion and grinding applications across multiple industries.
