SPC floor is mainly made with calcium powder, Resin and a kind of stabilizer, which is 100% environmental protection floor without any hazardous substance, like heavy metal or formaldehyde.
Four-roll calendars are used to apply hot pack method to colored film decorative layer and wear-resistant layer, besides, production line of UV coating paint is applied.
