PSA Modular Oxygen Generator

Pressure swing adsorption technology is to use the different adsorption capacity of adsorbent to feed gas under different pressures, and to selectively adsorb each component of feed gas under a certain pressure. When pressurized, the adsorption capacity of the adsorbent is enhanced, and a large amount of impurities in the feed gas are adsorbed. After reaching saturation, the pressure is reduced. 

When the pressure is reduced, the adsorption capacity of the adsorbent is weakened, and a large amount of these impurities are removed, so that the adsorbent can be regenerated. Therefore, two sets of adsorbers are generally used to work alternately to achieve the purpose of continuous separation of feed gas. Because the adsorption and desorption process is realized by changing the pressure, this process is called pressure swing adsorption (PSA).
