What is Slide Switch

A slide switch is an electromechanical device used to control the flow of current in a circuit path.The series of devices are driven by sliding mechanical switches. The slide switch use a slider that moves (slides) from the open (off) position to the closed (on) position.These characteristics include circuit,  switching function, contact timing,voltage rating (AC or DC),current rating,  and actuator type.
