What is Slide Switch

A slide switch is an electromechanical device used to control the  current flow in a circuit path.The series of devices are driven by sliding mechanical switches. The slide switch uses a slider that moves (slides) from the open (off) position to the closed (on) position.These characteristics include circuit,   contact timing,switching function,voltage rating (AC or DC),current rating,  and actuator type.

Application of Slide Switch
