UHMWPE lined steel pipe:
UHMWPE is a kind of new engineering thermoplastic with more than 3 million viscosity molecular weight. Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene pipe has superior performance over conventional HDPE pipe such as very high wear resistance, impact resistance, excellent resistance to internal pressure strength, resistance to environmental stress cracking, intrinsically safe self-lubricating, anti-adhesion, low temperature resistance and excellent chemical resistance.
UHMWPE Plastic and Steel Composite Pipe is scientifically composed of ultra high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE) pipe and carbon steel pipe. It adopts flanged carbon steel tube as its outer tube and UHMWPE tube as its inner tube.
The specification ranges from ID200mm to 1200mm.

It is widely used in water supply and drainage, dredge and reclamation, transfer of sand and slurry, coal ash in thermal power plant, mining tailing and water coal slurry with high pressure etc.
Connection:
It is connected by flanges and fixed by bolts and nuts to be used as piping. It has advantages of quick to connect, easy to disassemble, high strengh, good tightness, etc.
