Hongruntong's self-floating dredge pipe is a rubber dredge pipe that does not require separate floats to maintain buoyancy as it has a foam cover underneath the rubber cover that covers it stays afloat.
This self-floating dredge hose consists of an inner layer of abrasion-resistant rubber, a soft reinforcement layer that withstands internal pressure and an outer coating that protects against UV, ozone and external abrasion. This offers more flexibility and avoids wrinkles around corners or near drag.
High-density, closed-cell foam provides buoyancy without the need for additional floats and also prevents water absorption. HONGRUNTONG self-floating pipe is for drainage applications only.
