Armored Discharge Hose For Sand Extraction

Due to the different dredging haulage, we usually have different requirements for the wear resistance of the hoses.
In order to meet the requirements of various dredging projects, our dredging hose line hoses can be lined with steel rings or ceramic to improve the wear resistance of the rubber hoses.
Armored discharge hoses have rings in the internal structure which make them have better wear resistance. They are typically used for dredging sharp materials that have larger volumes, and heavy specific materials such as coarse sand, coral reef, or weathered rock.
Ceramic hoses have ceramic pieces in the internal structure that make hoses have good wear resistance. They are suitable for the toughest sea or mining conditions. Compared with armored discharge hoses, they have better wear resistance, but are also more expensive.
Conventional dredge hose line hoses are most commonly used discharge rubber hoses in dredging project. The suitable carriage matters of discharge hoses are generally mud, clay, fine sand, fine-mid sand, and so on.
