Wear Resistant Pipes
Our wear resistant and wear resistant steel pipes are made of simple base material with alloy cap. In addition, these wear tubes are manufactured and welded with our advanced welding machines and equipment, which contributes to the good shape and flatness of the tube surface.
The friction disc is then bent into a round tube.
Finally, we mount the friction disc in a square tube or according to customer wishes and requirements.
WALDUN uses metallurgical joining + automatic welding to achieve a minimum tube diameter of 80mm; and a maximum tube length of 3000 mm.
Plain Elbow
We can weld directly to the wall of the Plain Elbow
We use wear plates to create the required joint shape.
