Excellent Flexibility Dredging HDPE Pipe With 0.945 Density And Corrosion Resistance
Product Description:
The inner wall of the PE water supply pipe is smooth and remains unchanged over time. This results in low friction resistance, leading to energy savings. In fact, the pressure loss is about 30% less than that of steel pipes. Due to this advantage, a smaller diameter can be selected for PE pipes compared to steel pipes.
The hygienic performance of PE pipes is excellent as they do not contain any additives that may contaminate drinking water. The ISO standard graded material for polyethylene is rated at 0, meaning it is a lower grade than other commonly used plastic materials. Additionally, polyethylene has a high resistance to mold, much higher than other common plastic materials. This makes it a suitable choice for long-term usage as it does not accumulate scale over time.
PE pipe is suitable for general purpose pressure water delivery and drinking water transportation with a temperature not exceeding 40℃ and a nominal pressure below 1.6MPa. Some of its main applications include municipal buried water supply, construction (drain) water, farmland irrigation, water feature engineering, and fine sand/slurry dredging.
Features:
The flanged HDPE dredging pipe provides a seamless connection that minimizes the disruptive effects of turbulent waters, ensuring a smoother flow of medium within the pipe.
These HDPE dredging pipes are essential for various purposes such as drainage, water-logging, dredging, and sand discharging in ports.
