Spiral roller brushes are highly versatile industrial tools with applications ranging from mild cleaning to heavy-duty processing. By changing bristle materials, these brushes can perform various functions including rust removal, polishing, cleaning, degreasing, deburring, and sanding operations.
Design & Configuration
Our spiral roller brushes offer flexible density options by varying the pitch between coils, from very dense close-wound configurations to progressively more open wound designs. Available as complete assemblies pre-mounted on cores with journals, wound directly onto shafts, or as replacement coils for in-house installation.
Structure and Dimensions
All strip brushes can be coiled on shafts to create tube brushes. We provide custom shaft machining services. The strip brush specifications are defined by dimensions and filament type. Our coiling technique with controlled spacing width achieves enhanced density unattainable through conventional processes.
For optimal performance, we recommend coiling new brushes directly onto shafts to maintain density integrity during handling. Open face loops without shafts are suitable only for coils not subjected to significant forces and smaller brush applications.
