The spiral roller brush is a highly versatile industrial tool with extensive applications across multiple industries. By utilizing different bristle materials, this brush can perform various functions including rust removal with copper wire, polishing with abrasive wire, and cleaning with nylon filaments.

Applications include mild cleaning, heavy cleaning, scrubbing, spreading, spraying, grading, polishing, degreasing, deburring, and sanding operations.

Brush density can be precisely adjusted by changing the pitch between each coil, offering options from tightly wound high-density brushes to open wound lower-density configurations based on application requirements.

Available as complete assemblies pre-mounted on cores with journals, wound directly onto shafts, or customized to fit customer-specific cores and shafts. Replacement coils are also available for in-house installation.

All strip brushes can be coiled on shafts with necessary machining provided. The strip brush is identified by dimensions and filament type, and can be compressed or coiled with specific direction and spacing widths.

This advanced coiling technique achieves higher density levels than conventional processes while maintaining easy replacement capabilities. For optimal density retention during handling, we recommend coiling new brushes directly on the shaft.
