Design & Construction
Spiral brushes are manufactured from strip brush material and provide constant brush pressure for consistent cleaning performance. These brushes begin as straight strip brushes and are formed into cylindrical shapes with metal backing on the outside and filaments pointing toward the center. The brush is then stretched to the required pitch (lead) for optimal performance.

Brushes can be manufactured with various coil spacing, fill materials, metal strip sizes, and shaft/core diameters in steel, stainless steel, or aluminum.
