Conveyor belt brush

Belt brushes are particularly suitable for dry cleaning and conveying delicate parts. Compared to the progression of the product, lateral brushing ensures a high degree of micro-machining and enables higher processing speeds. They are an ideal solution when space is limited; they are available in both open and unlimited versions.

Main Functions and Roles

• Cleaning and Dust Removal: This is the core function. It removes dust, debris, oil, water stains, etc., adhering to the conveyor belt surface, preventing cross-contamination and maintaining a clean production line.
• Product Positioning and Sorting: At branching, merging, or turning points, brushes gently push or guide products onto the correct path, preventing jams or tipping.
• Removing Excess Coating: In the food and textile industries, it is used to brush away excess icing, powder, or sauce from product surfaces (such as bread and biscuits), ensuring even distribution.
• Surface treatment: Grinding, polishing, or brushing of products, such as in the woodworking and metalworking industries.
• Anti-sticking and waxing: In the food baking industry, a small amount of release agent or wax is sometimes applied to a brush to prevent products from sticking to the conveyor belt.
• Static elimination: Using special anti-static brush bristles, static electricity generated during conveyor belt operation can be eliminated, protecting delicate electronic components.
