Laboratory use DSI steam direct injection sterilization machine
The DSI steam direct injection sterilizer has two heat treatment modes: direct heating and indirect heating, with a maximum sterilization temperature of up to 150 ℃. The two modes can be switched by the panel control, conveniently and fast. The indirect heat transfer mode is tubular type. It can be widely used in various fluid products, including dairy and related products, materials with certain viscosity, and materials containing fine particles.
Simulated processes include pasteurization, high-temperature short-term sterilization, ultra-high temperature instantaneous sterilization, and other customized conditional sterilization processes.
