Odorless Painting

Yongtai™ EGDA is a combination of low-carbon organic acids and alcohols. With the growth of the carbon chains in the alcohol and acid groups in the ester, its solubility for low-polarity resins is enhanced. In addition, the content of Yongtai EGDA diester is as high as 99.5%. , very little impurity, less moisture and low acid value, etc., make it low odor, not easy to turn yellow, stable distillation range, very suitable odorless for painting.

Acrylic Coating

Yongtai™ EGDA is a colorless, low odor, very slow-evaporating solvent that gives good flow-out to baking lacquers and enamels. Its major uses are in thermoplastic acrylic coatings as a reflow solvent and in foundry core-binding applications.

Resin
Yongtai™ EGDA aids in resin synthesis with a balance of hardness, flexibility, gloss retention, color retention, and adhesion to various substrates, and also allows for broader formulation in solvents suitable for specific applications.

Foundry
Yongtai™ EGDA is also widely used in foundry chemicals, such as foundry resins, foundry resin-related additives, etc. Casting resins represented by phenolic resins and furan resins, and casting aids such as hardeners, adhesives, and cleaning agents all use our EGDA. And it can replace some old solvents, such as BGA, DBE, GTA, DAA, etc., which can help manufacturers avoid crystallization and make better chemicals.
