Joy Shing Float Glass is manufactured using premium quality sand, natural ores, and chemical materials that are mixed and melted at high temperatures of 1600-1700°C. The molten glass flows into a tin bath where it is spread, polished, and formed on molten tin. This float glass features a smooth surface, excellent optical performance, stable chemical capability, and high mechanical intensity. It is resistant to acid, alkali, and corrosion.
