Laurel Laminated Safety Glass is produced with two or morethoroughly cleaned panels with one or more polyvingl-butyralfoils(PVB) are mounted on each other in a clean room. Then the sand- -wich is pre-strenghened in a rolling process at approx.200℃ heat and then put these glasses on a shelf into the autoclave with about 130℃ heat and 10 bar pressure.laminated glass is available in all glass types,colors,and interlayer thickness including clear,tinted,reflective,Low-e, spandrel,ceramic frit,silk-screened,pattern glass, tempered glass,art glass and or alone.
As safety glass, laminated glass is superior to tempered glass in performance.
Even if the glass is cracked, the glass fragments still stick to the interlayer which can effectively prevent cutting and falling accidents. Using different glass and film can endow laminated glass with different properties such as UV protection, energy saving, sound insulation, theft prevention, hurricane and earthquake resistance, and decoration.

Laminated glass is composed of single or multiple layers of glass bonded together with interlayers like PVB (polyvinyl butyral), EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate), and SGP (SentryGlas® Plus, an ionoplast polymer). This will result in a durable, versatile and safe glass material.
