Laminated Glass:
Transparent laminated glass is mainly composed of two or more pieces of clear glass and a transparent organic polymer interlayer in the middle. The commonly used glass sheet is float glass, which has high flatness and transparency, which can ensure the clarity of light when it passes through. Interlayers are mostly made of polyvinyl butyral (PVB) or ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA). PVB interlayers are the material of choice for the manufacture of clear laminated glass due to their excellent toughness, adhesion, and optical properties. It creates a strong bond between the glass, allowing the multiple layers of glass to merge while maintaining good transparency.
