Q:Are you a factory?

A:Yes,our factory is located in nantong,Jiangsu ,Close to Shanghai and Ningbo ,only two hour away and can send Alibaba official certification video(16 years of production experience).

Q:What are your strengths?

A:We support OEM customization,the MOQ is 1 set .

Q:what fruits can the machine squeeze?

A:orange ,lemon ,pomegranate ,grapefruit and other citrus fruits with a diameter of 40-90mm.

Q:How long is the product warranty period? What if the accessories are broken?What are the spare parts?

A:The whole machine warranty is one year and the motor is 6 years ,Lifetime Warranty for internal gear of the machine.,.Free accessories during the warranty period. Each machine is given a set of free accessories ,including a pair of Peeler,two fuses ,two wrenches ,and one screwdriver.

Q:How to deal with difficulties encountered when using the machine?

A :Contact the manufacturer, and the manufacturer will arrange on-site video guidance for the staff.

Q:How to chean the machine? How often shall i need to clean?

A:The accessory can be removed and cleaned ,There is a guiding process in the instruction manual.or the disassembly video can be sent .Wash once a day.

Q:Production cycle and delivery time?

A:1-2 sample machines are available in stock,10-20 non-customized E-type machines are in stock. and it takes 7-15 days for more than 20 orders.

Q:How about regular packaging?

A:Small machines less than 55 kg will be packaged in carton with a tray(Internal shaping foam and Anti-Broken air column bag). Big machines larger than 55kg will bepackaged in a fumigation-free wooden box. OR can also be customized according to customer requirements.
