The powder coating system consists of

1 Inside powder coating arm of welded seam strip spraying powder coating machine
The coating arm conveys and atomizes powder, corona discharge needle of internal high voltage module charges the powder, so that
the powder is evenly absorbed in the welding seam of cans.
2 Powder supply unit of welded side seam powder coating machine
The powder level is equipped with a capacitive sensor. When the powder level is insufficient, the large powder pump will be started to
deliver the powder from the filter bucket to the material tank.
3 Cyclone filter of welded seam powder coater
The cyclone filter adopts an advanced intermittent rotating cleaning mechanism, which can ensure obvious cleaning effect, which is
much better than conventional cleaning in any form, and has low noise and small air pressure fluctuations.
4 Powder tank of side seam powder coating system
The powder tank is a stainless steel powder container with a fluidized bed for adding new powder. All powder for each shift is added
to the bucket, reducing the frequent addition of powder by the operator.
