The GE DS200CTBAG1A is an Analog Termination Board (CTBA) exclusively designed for SPEEDTRONIC Mark V LM Turbine Control systems—used to manage wind, steam, and gas turbine automated drives, and part of GE’s final Mark series leveraging its patented Speedtronic technology. As a termination board for the system’s common data processor, it resides in the Mark V’s C/R5 core, facilitating critical signal transmission and power monitoring.

Key functions include handling 4-20 mA inputs/outputs, IONET/ARCNET communication links, and shaft voltage/current signals. It features an RS-232 9-pin D-shell port for TIMN diagnostics, 23 red varistors for voltage suppression, 7 diodes, and resistors/capacitors for residual voltage limitation. Physically, it has two factory-drilled holes per short end for mounting and a range of Mark V-compatible connectors — with the 6PL connector as an unused vestige. It includes 15 hardware jumpers for customization and has a single A-rated functional revision. A bypass relay ensures COREBUS communication if power is lost, and unused COREBUS connectors require termination resistors.
