GE DS200ITXDG1AAA Turbine Control I/O Terminal Board 330mm x 100mm

The GE DS200ITXDG1AAA is a dual-functional board: primarily an IGBT Snubber Board for GE’s Speedtronic Mark V Turbine Control System and secondarily a Turbine Control I/O Terminal Board for the EX200 Series Speedtronic systems.It supports Mark V’s fault-tolerant design—including TMR with 2-out-of-3 voting for critical controls, and simplex setup for simpler systems.

As an IGBT Snubber Board, its core role is suppressing voltage spikes from switch operations via energy-absorbing circuits, protecting IGBTs. It is a small auxiliary board that connects to a Mark V motherboard, featuring corner drill holes, edge indents, heat sinks and components like stab-on connectors, ceramic capacitors, diodes, vertical pin headers, and eight Wima FKP 1 polypropylene capacitors. As an I/O Terminal Board, it interfaces the control system with external devices, transmitting analog/digital signals and supporting fault detection.
