Q1: How many kinds of wood lumber do you have?
A: Black walnut, beech, maple, pine, oak, ash, cherry, rubber wood and other solid wood.
Q2: What is your MOQ? Can l have a sample order?
A: The MOQ is 50-100pcs as different products, the MOQ is different. Sample order are welcome.
Q3: Does the product accept customization?
A: We accept any customization of wood products. (OEM, OBM, ODM)
Q4: Can the logo or company name be printed on the products or package?
A: Sure. Your Logo can be putted on the products by Laser carving, Hot Stamping, Printing, Embossing, UV Coating, Silk-screen Printing or Sticker.
Q5: When will the goods be delivered?
A: It depends on the product type and order quantity. Usually we can ship within 7-15 days for small orders after receiving full payment. But for large orders, we need about 30 days.
Q6: What is the payment term?
A: 30% deposit at first via T/T, 70% balance pay before the shipment. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
