SN Performance performance requirements
1 Quality deviation rate Should not be greater than 15%.
2 Thermal insulation performance The shrinkage rate of the length and width of the sample before and after the test should not be greater than 3%, and the test process should be within 5 minutes
The temperature of the cold side of the sample should not exceed 180°C.
3 vertical burn It should meet the V0 requirements specified in GB/T 2408.
4 Compression ratio It should not be less than 35% under 2Mpa pressure.
5 tensile strength The length and width direction should not be less than 500Kpa.
6 Insulation properties Surface thermal resistivity should be greater than 500MΩ; leakage rate should be less than 1mA.
7 Prohibited and restricted substances Should comply with Directive 2011/65/EU.
8 Ageing resistance After ageing, the tensile strength attenuation rate of the airgel heat insulation sheet should not exceed 30%;
The dimensional change rate should be less than 1%; the heat insulation performance should meet the requirements in the table.
