Borehole Imaging Camera with Scanning Function

The borehole imaging camera mainly includes the main components of the host, the probe and the depth pulley, as well as the cable frame, the connecting cable, the charger and the USB transfer line. For horizontal holes and inclined holes, there are also accessories such as probe central protection tool and push rod.

The depth pulley is used to record the depth position of the probe in the borehole. The probe is divided into two active and passive ones. Active probe built-in 12V charging Ni-MH battery with protection circuit. There is no Ni-MH battery pack in the passive probe, and the power supply is supplied through the host. The probe is equipped with LED white light emitting diode (brightness adjustment circuit) and camera. The probe is equipped with a high-performance 3D electronic compass to measure the azimuth and dip angle in the location of the probe. The video signal, the control signal and the digital signal of the compass are transmitted to the host through the cable. The host receives the probe signal and the depth pulse signal of the pulley, calculates the depth position of the probe, and carries out image video, matching and splicing to the video signal. The video can be full bore video or partial video. Video and image matching can be carried out synchronously or separately. With the probe moving continuously into the hole, the entire hole wall is automatically matched and spliced into a complete plane expansion map.

While the host is processing the image, it displays real-time monitoring images and real-time stitching expansion maps, and can switch and display the projection map of drill holes. The saved data can be playback and browsing. After connecting to the PC, the instrument can be used as a U disk, which is very convenient for file copy and paste.
