HySpex Core Scanner Automatic Core Spectrum/Fluorescence/ Comprehensive Scanner

The GDS350B instrument is an integrated hardware and software system for the automated spectroscopic logging of drill core, drilling chips and powders, or indeed any series of samples arranged on a common repeating layout and usually, in standard containers (e.g. chip trays). This CMS350B System is designed for voluminous logging of host rock, regolith and alteration mineralogy. The system uses spectral reflectance in the visible and infrared wavelength regions.
