Advantages of EPP pallet over plastic pallet and wood pallet:

1.Low temperature use
It can be used in -40℃—130°C,because EPP has good temperature resistance, it can keep good performance in cold storage, it is eco friendly and food contact.

2.Low Weight
The quality of wooden and plastic pallets is heavy, which is relatively difficult to transfer, or the transfer cost increases. EPP pallets weigh about 4.5 kg each, and adults can easily transfer on the site without any machinery.

3.Shock resistance
Wooden and plastic pallets are easy to be damaged and need to be replaced every year, which greatly increases the on-site transportation cost. EPP pallets can be used more than 10000 times, and the carrying capacity is equivalent to that of wooden and plastic pallets. There will be no major replacement in 3-5 years.

4.Chemical resistance,low water absorption
Wooden and plastic pallets are not environmentally friendly. In particular, the new pallets have a large number of formaldehyde and other harmful substances that are not completely volatilized, and the harmful substances in the field remain for a longer time. The raw materials of EPP pallets are non-toxic and tasteless, which do no harm to the human body. Now they have been widely used for direct food packaging.

The wooden and plastic pallets are hard and have poor cushioning effect for the handling of valuables, because they often cause unnecessary losses to the owner. The EPP pallets are foamed and soft, which can effectively cushion the collision, and are very suitable for the transfer of valuables.
