A: Generally speaking, the sample order needs 7 days after the specification approved by client, Bulk order needs 1 months, the repeat order could by shipment within 10-20days.
Q: Before the sample making, What parameter should I provide before the sample making?
A: We need to know the Nominal Voltage, Free-load and on load peformance, Rotation Direction, Shaft Diameter and Length. If there is other special requirement, please let us know in advance such as working current limits, EMC limits, noise limits, expected life time.
