Shaded Pole Fan Motor Principle

Factors Affecting The Speed of Shaded Pole Motors
1. Voltage
Voltage is one of the important factors affecting the speed of a shielded pole motor. If the voltage is too low, the motor speed will decrease. If the voltage is too high, the speed of the motor will also be affected, and it may even damage the motor. Therefore, when using a covered pole motor, attention should be paid to voltage stability.
2. Load
Another important factor affecting the speed of the covered pole motor is the load. If the load is too large, the motor speed will decrease. This is because the motor must consume more energy to drive the load, thereby reducing the available energy of the motor to maintain its normal speed.
Structure of Shaded Pole Motors
Shaded pole motors are mainly composed of rotor components, stator components, wire package components, bracket components and connecting fasteners.
