High-Speed HDPE Pipe Extrusion Line Overview
This high-speed plastic tube extruder machine is engineered for high-output production of HDPE PE pipes. The system utilizes specialized extruders with advanced screw and barrel designs to ensure optimal plasticizing and mixing performance.
HDPE Material Properties
HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) is a thermoplastic resin with high crystallinity and non-polar characteristics. Original HDPE appears milky white and becomes translucent in thin sections. This material offers excellent resistance to most domestic and industrial chemicals. PE pipe water supply systems are designed for temperatures below 40°C and are not suitable for hot water transmission.
