Manufacturing Process
Mixing and Drying
PE resin and color masterbatch are automatically dried and mixed to ensure material consistency.
Plasticizing Extrusion
Raw materials enter the extruder via hopper, undergoing transmission, compression, melting, and homogenization. Solid particles transform into high-elastic state and then viscous fluid state for continuous extrusion.
Mould Molding
At optimal temperatures, extruded material passes through filter plate and transitions from rotary to linear motion into the mold, forming tubular billet that exits through the core.
Cooling System
Pipe billet enters vacuum sizing system where it undergoes vacuum sizing and spray cooling for dimensional stability.
Cutting Operation
Planetary cutting machine performs fixed-length cutting controlled by meter wheel after haul-off system.
Stacking and Packaging
Cut pipes are pushed to overturning platform for final inspection and packaging.
